Cultural research

I co-design qualitative research to bring about strategic change. I am a cultural researcher who works with the specific detail of people's lives rather than apply abstract systems or frameworks around them. This approach leads to more relevant understandings of communities and workplaces, and more effective processes and outcomes with which to effect lasting change.

• briefings and research scope

• designing and managing the project from start to finish - including research methodology

• selecting and reviewing literature 

• collecting and analysing qualitative data – specialised interviewing

• recording for research purposes - audio and visual.

I combine research-based skills and knowledge with cross-sector understanding to guide my interpretive approaches.
